Before adding any keyword on this box you need to write your full post. When you finish writing the post go to the Yoast SEO box and check the Readability options and if this box showing green you can add Keywords. In the very first box, you need to choose the best keyword that describes everything about your post. You can also add the title of your Post here if it is short, and add more four keywords here but remember that the first keyword you use on Yoast SEO box has been repeated at least three or four times on your blog and other four keywords has been repeated at least two times on your post. You can also add the title of your post in the content. You also need to edit the snippet box and in this box, you need to put the title of your post that may be easy to add Keywords.
