Because if you have updated a new responsive template for your blog then Only web version of your blog will update. The Mobile Version will not be updated after uploading a new responsive blogger template on your blog. Here is a tip on this post how to customize mobile version template of blogger blog.
After doing these things on your blog you can easily convert your default mobile version template to your newly uploaded responsive blogger theme. Every blogger wants to give a new look for their blog to make a professional blog on the internet.

For customizing your Blogger blog, go to the Blogger and sign in with your Blogspot account then click on Theme menu given at your left-hand side. Here you will see the preview of your blog Web Version and mobile version. Now Click on Setting Gear icon given at the bottom of mobile theme preview box.
After clicking on the setting gear menu a pop screen will have come. Now you can choose a mobile template from Drop down menu. Here you will get more than 20 free mobile templates to customize your blog. But, If you have uploaded a Responsive template on your blog then click on ‘No, Show desktop theme on Mobile Devices’ because this your responsive template than your have uploaded previously.
After click on Radio button given at the front fo ‘No, Show desktop theme on Mobile Devices’. A preview will appear it look like your desktop version, but don’t worry it is responsive so click on Save button. The template will be updated and customized.
Now you can check your blog on any mobile device. It will be now responsive and will look like your web version template.
